-Selenium may interact with anticoagulant medications, barbiturates, and immunosuppressants.
-B3 may interfere with diabetes meds(interfere with glucose control), increase the effects of blood thinners, blood pressure medications, decrease the effectiveness of gout medications.
-B5 may decrease the effectiveness of antibiotic of Alzheimer medications but no serious drug interactions.
